- Cosmetic Use: Hydrella products are cosmetic formulations intended for barrier care and hydration, not for diagnosing or treating medical skin disorders.
Orders, Pricing & GST Invoicing
- All product prices listed on www.hydrella.in are inclusive of statutory GST taxes and standard packaging.
- We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Order acceptance is confirmed via electronic email and SMS invoice upon payment verification.
Shipping & Transit Damage Guarantee
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours with live courier tracking notifications.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, report it within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video for an immediate zero-cost replacement.
Cancellations & Refund Processing
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch for an immediate 100% full value reversal.
- Approved refunds reflect back into your original payment method or bank/UPI within 5 to 7 business days.
